Year of the Dragon London 2012 – Chinese New Year Pictures
Year of the Dragon London 2012 Chinese New Year pictures as captured by me, yours truly William K Wallace the Wandering Scotsman the host of London Is Cool – a blogger who likes to get out there and experience as much of life in London as he can!
During my travels around central London today, from Trafalgar Square to China Town I couldn’t believe the amount of people that were out and about enjoying the festivities. Oh boy was it packed or what. Trafalgar Square became impossible to get into after 1pm…
There really was a great atmosphere in Central London today. Some of the streets in China Town were so packed that no one was going anywhere quick… but who was in a hurry!
One of the highlights of the day for me was listening to the choir from the Chinese Congregation of the St-martin-in-the-Fields church who sang beautifully. If I was in Trafalgar Square I would have missed this… as they say ever cloud has a silver lining!
