World Music London – Free Event

World Music London – Free Event

‘On The Edge’, world music and dance festival is going to be happening on the 21 August at the Riverside in Richmond. The festival which is in its 15th year will feature performers from around the world, including Brazilian beats from Tribo, Bhangra Dancers and Gypsy punk from Klezma Villanova. And the good news is that it is a free event, oh yes indeed.

Hopefully ‘On The Edge’, London world Music festival will get the weather it deserves, but as long as it’s dry I wont complain. I have heard from a reliable source that at previous festivals there has been a real good party atmosphere and the music, and dancing has been exceptional.

It seems down by the riverside in Richmond is the place to be this coming Sunday. The exact location is a little bit north of Richmond Bridge, I have been down that way a few times and it is a truly chilled out and beautiful part of London…you don’t get much riff raff down that way.

‘On The Edge’, London World Music festival kicks off at 12pm and ends at 8pm, which means you wont be out too late…for those of you that like to get an early night for work the next day! For the full listings of who is on and at what time, head over to World music festival on Richmond Riverside and see for yourself. Remember it is free…
