Ellie Goulding English singer-song writer and recent winner of 2 Brit awards. Just in case you are more out of the loop than even me, she won the BBC Sound of 2010 poll and the Critics Choice Award. Her debut album, ‘Lights’ topped  the UK charts earlier on this year and she had  a  top 10 hit single with ‘Starry Eyed’, which even I had heard..! Ellie Goulding is most definitely a very talented lady, who is on a rocket ship to the moon…she is going to be a star.

In association with Best Buy the electronics retailer, Ellie Goulding is going to be performing an exclusive gig at the Indigo2  in London on Monday 5 July 2010. I was recently at a gig at the Indigo and it really is a great venue. For me there is nothing quite like seeing the whites of the eyes of those performing and the sweat dripping off their faces. It is so much more personal and a better way to enjoy  live music than those huge stadium affairs if you ask me!
