I attended Kent coaches for my training. They gave me the oldest bus on the depot to drive, and every time I needed to change gear, I had to stand up, cause the clutch had been adjusted especially for women drivers. I couldn't walk the next day, as all the muscles in my leg had gone. I'd put up with their harassment, long enough and never went back to finish my training. I obtained my fork lift licence last year, and I'm now looking to learn how to drive a jcb or similar. Women are in demand everywhere, but men are feeling 'threatened' as soon as we start doing jobs, that they think are for men only. I have to say this, that this country was ruled by women during WW2. If we (women) hadn't worked as hard as we did, we might never have won the war. Not intelligent enough to figure things out themselves. if one has to speak to the bus operator they are most likely an imbecile. Just ask your fellow rider for directions. If you are so stupid that you need someone to hold your hand to get some where pay some homeless person they will gladly take you where you need to go. But then again bus riders are not the most intelligent people in the world. They will not see this. Bus riders are the assholes.
