Waiting on a Bus – 101 Londoner Picture Series
The 101 Londoner Picture series is about capturing people going about their everyday lives in London. Unsuspecting Londoners are captured completely unaware that they have had their picture taken by the fair hand of me, yours truly William K Wallace the Scottish born loon blogging his way around old London Town.
Posed pictures are just not my thing… they always seem painfully false! There is nothing real about them… and especially so if the person is a stranger to the photographer!
Whilst waiting on a bus… the Routemaster No 15 which travels from Trafalgar Square to Kensington to be precise I noticed the young lady on the opposite side of the road at a bus stop patiently waiting for her own bus. I couldn’t resist capturing the moment in time! I wonder what she was thinking while she waited… ‘I wish this bus would hurry up’ perhaps… that was what I was thinking!
