The London Dungeons Killer Queen: Bloody Mary
I have survived last nights visit to “The London Dungeon” and the wrath of the Killer Queen: Bloody Mary the latest addition to quite possible London’s most gory and gruesome tourist attraction. My nerves are however feeling a wee bit frayed but that may be down to all those Bloody Mary’s and beer that I consumed in the aid of research, HONEST.
This was my first visit to The London Dungeon, which is one of London’s most popular visitor attractions and after my visit last night I can clearly see why. This place does it so well, that you cannot but fail to be impressed with the goings on inside this rather macabre, forbidding and sinister place that takes you on a journey through some of the most gruesome times in London’s dark history.
Last night was all about the Killer Queen: Bloody Mary a new experience at the Dungeon, which takes you back in time to enter the world of one of England most notorious Queens who had a love of burning people at the stake for heresy. Thankfully I was spared from her wrath, because I sneakily hid in a dark corner praying that I wouldn’t be chosen. What can I say about this latest addition to the Dungeon, well I give it the thumbs up and I would recommend that you go along and find out for yourself if you are brave enough.
The London Dungeon is of course more than just “a one trick pony” and Killer Queen: Bloody Mary is just the latest addition to numerous other fun experiences that are part of the tour. My personal favourites were the Traitor: Boat Ride To Hell, Extremis: Drop Ride To Doom and Sweeney Todd. I nearly ended up in one of Mrs Lovett’s meat pies, I was seemingly a good looking piece of lean meat, Yikes!
If you scare easily, are squeamish or are scared of the dark it might not be a good idea to visit The London Dungeon, but for those with a sense of adventure, fun and history this place should be on your must visit list. I must finish off by giving a wee bit of praise to all those wonderful actors at the Dungeon for they are doing a great job. Not only are they unbelievable realistic, but they also throw a nice touch of humour into the mix.

Agree. The drop ride to doom an absolute must for thrills. Think you might have made a rather tasty pie!
The London Dungeon is by far one of the best ‘Scary’ attractions in London although to be fair the competition is quite stiff. I love visiting London, and although I’ve seen most attractions before I can’t resist a revisit. The tower of London is my personal favourite!! Great blog thanks
