Sunday Girl at the May Fair Hotel Bar
On Sunday evening I accepted an invitation to the legendary May Fair Bar for the launch event of Sunday Girl On Sunday Night, a music event featuring one of London’s hottest DJ’s – how could I possible say no!
From the second I walked through the door of the May Fair Bar I knew it was my kinda bar. A combination of an exquisitely cool interior, subdued lighting, along with a chilled out atmosphere made for the perfect location for a relaxing Sunday evening.
The evening began with the warm up DJ who got the vibe going with a selection of laid back tunes which were perfect for the end of the weekend. Sunday Girl then took to the decks mixing up an amazing selection of old-school tunes and electronic beats which brought me back a few years to a time when I could be found hitting the dance floor wondering why I was making a fool of myself!
Sunday Girl will be supported by the May Fair Collective who are a group of celebrity guest DJ’s, every Sunday from 6.30pm-9.30pm until the 11 March. An evening at the May Fair Bar listening to Sunday Girl on Sunday Night mixing it up… is a good place to be.
The May Fair Bar is a popular place for a cocktail, bottle of champagne, a lager, cup of tea or whatever rocks your boat for a reason… this is an awesome bar, with exceptionally good customer service and thankfully the prices are not outrageously over-the-top either.
The May Fair Bar is a very cool, very stylish place to enjoy a drink or two. I was impressed and it isn’t often that I’m impressed with hotel bars, but I guess from an iconic hotel like the May Fair Hotel I should have expected something exceptionally good…
