Searching the Dangerous London Streets For Orgasmic Cherry Beer

Last night I had a craving that needed to be satisfied. My craving took over my whole body and mind and there was only one solution, which was to get what I needed.

It was coming up for 8pm when my craving for organic Cherry Beer struck. I don’t know where my sudden desire for this delicious brew came from. God only knows the answer to that one.

I had first sampled organic Cherry Beer for the first time a few weeks back at “Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese” pub on Fleet Street and I took a instant shine to the stuff. It had a nice unique taste to it, which I found kinda appealing.

So here I was stuck in Kilburn in London, with a raging craving for a dam fruit beer of all things. All I had to do was figure out where the nearest Sam Smiths pub was. Which was thankfully, painlessly easy thanks to there web site that clearly showed me on a Google map, where about all there London pubs where located.

I came to the conclusion that the nearest pub was a place called The Robert Browning, it didn’t seem to be too far away on the Google map. I thought a brisk walk would make the Cherry Beer taste even better once I got there.

So off I set into the dark and cold London night in search of The Robert Browning pub and some Cherry Beer. It was of course much further than I expected and my injured knee was aching like crazy by the time I got there. But sometimes you have to pay a price to satisfy your craving.

The Robert Browning was a decent enough looking pub, comfortable surroundings and efficient staff, I must say I liked the place. The pub was fairly busy for a Monday night, thanks to the quiz night.

I ordered myself a bottle of the orgasmic Cherry Beer and got myself a seat to rest my extremely sore knee. I don’t know what it was, but the Cherry Beer tasted okay, but it never tasted as good as I thought it was going too. My craving for Cherry Beer evaporated after few sips of the stuff. Such is life I suppose.

I downed the Cherry Beer fairly quickly and then ordered myself a pint of Alpine Lager, which didn’t taste too bad, but not quite in the same league as better known brand names of lager. But it was cold, wet and cheap so I wont complain too much.

I just about to hit the road, when I thought I better have one for the road. I was considering trying out Sam Smiths stout. But there wasn’t even one person drinking the stuff in the whole bar, which wasn’t a good omen. I ended up going for the Organic Lager, which I must admit was a fairly decent brew and it was under £3.00.

My craving for Organic Cherry Beer may have ended after a couple of sips of the stuff, I however have found a fairly decent pub in The Robert Browning, which is located in Maida Vale area of London, to drink in. As I was leaving I held the door open for a guy that was totally crippled, he could barely walk even with the aid of two walking sticks. Which made my own crippling knee injury seem like nothing at all.
