Scottish Pipers Blasting Out The Sounds Of Scotland
After my visit to the Rob Roy pub in Paddington on Saturday night and the disappointing lack of any other Scottish people in the place, I eventually came across a couple of Pipers Blasting out the beautiful and inspiring sounds of Scotland on Westminster Bridge in central London on Sunday afternoon.
It was good to see that one of the pipers was dressed in the full Scottish Highland Wear and the other one who was a total scruff, in fact he looked like he had just crawled out of his youth hostel bed 15 minutes earlier. But never mind the music they were making was a pleasant enough sound and was enjoyed by all that passed by them.
The tourists seemed to love the sight of those guys playing their pipes on Westminster Bridge and they were making a small fortune. If only the scruffy piper had on the proper attire for playing the pipes, that would have made for some better pictures!
One thing that my sharp eye did catch was that the foreign girls seemed to be enthralled by the sight of the Scotsman in his kilt. I also couldn’t but help hear one girl ask her friend, what do they wear under their kilt. Well girls sometimes in life there are things that you just don’t need to know.

There’s this picture circulating in the internet of a Scottish flag bearer wearing a kilt when a gust of wind, well, made it somewhat rather chilly for him.
Yep, sometimes it pays not to know too much.
