A blog about life in London

Oh What A Difference A Week Makes

Oh What A Difference A Week Makes

It was only last week that I captured today’s featured picture of King Edward VII Sports Ground in Willesden. Today the blue sky and sunshine was replaced by a dark grey sky and lashing rain… oh what a difference a week makes.

The reason people talk about the weather so much in the UK is because it changes so much. Wouldn’t life be boring if the weather was the same every single day?

My motto is don’t fight the rain, don’t fight those cold grey day’s that are going to appear all too often over the next four months, because it is a fight you will lose! Instead embrace the weather, dress for the occasion and appreciate being alive…
