Merlin Offers A Helping Hand To Stranded Tourists In London

If you are one of the thousands of tourists stranded in London due to your flight being unable to take off  because of  the wee volcanic ash problem that has created so much havoc all over Europe, there is some good news. Merlin, not the magician but Merlin Entertainment Group who are a leading name in location based family entertainment are offering those that have been delayed a fantastic deal. Not just any old deal, but  a half-price kinda deal, I bet that has now got your attention.

Merlin are offering half-price admission to any of its 22 UK attractions on production of a valid unused flight ticket (and a passport or other ID)…for up to two weeks after the date of the flight was cancelled. I know being stranded isn’t a good thing, but for those of you that are stranded in London, at least you are stuck in the coolest city in the world.

From what I can gather it is going to take more than a few days before the backlog of people eager to get into the air and get themselves back home is going to be cleared up.
