Lastminute.com New Brand Campaign
Last week I found myself at the very swanky, very cool W London hotel at a lastminute.com promotional event for their new brand campaign – which went live on Friday 30. In fact the first thing that caught my eye in the Metro on Friday morning was you guessed it, a huge advert for you know who!
Give me a few glasses of pink fizzy stuff, some fancy canapés, a bathrobe and I will think anything is good… I’m of course only joking! In all honesty I’m not too impressed with their advertising campaign, but I am impressed with what they are proposing to do, which is offering expectationally good deals.
Lastminute.com have decided to go back to basics… back to their roots and provide eye catching deals for travellers – 5 star luxury, for 3 star prices, at the last minute! Sounds like a good deal to me!
As long as lastminute.com really do back up their advertising claims by offering luxury deals at affordable prices then the public will be in for some real bargains. We all like a bit of luxury from time to time, but not all of us have a 5 star budget, so hopefully we will be able to bag a great deal, on a 3 star budget, at the last minute from lastminute.com.
