The RAF Museum at Hendon in London is a great day out for all members of the family, and in a city such as London, where everything seems to cost a small fortune, this place is free to get into. Because it’s a free tourist attraction, I would expect that most people aren’t so cheap that they don’t buy a guide book, which only costs a measly few quid.
I know most tourists cant see beyond the centre of London and think that it is all this city has got to offer. Well it is sometimes a good idea to come out of the box and expand your horizons and venture away from the madness and busyness of central London. The good news is that the RAF museum at Hendon is only a short tube ride and easy to find.
The RAF Museum at Hendon is great place to spend a morning or afternoon at and appreciate the amazing array of planes, artefacts and memorabilia that they have on display. It sometimes amazes me that you can go and visit such great tourist attractions such as this Museum in London for free. I wonder if any other cities in the world offer as many free visitor attractions as London does.
