Give Me A Fu**ing Break Stupid Drivers Of London

There is an epidemic happening in London and that is stupid drivers, constantly and blatantly going through red traffic lights and when the green man is showing. I don’t know what the problem is in London, maybe there are lots of people driving on the roads here with bad eyesight or in some cases I feel they may even be blind.

I was walking across a road down in Hammersmith this morning, whilst the green man was flashing, nothing too complicated in that or dangerous. Unless a stupid car driver doesn’t understand what the green man stands for. This foreign guy who obviously needs to quite probably sit a driving test in Britain, because whatever country he came from, they give them away if you can write your own name.

This lunatic proceed to shout at me as he blatantly almost knocked me down, and it got even funnier as his girlfriend, or should I say boyfriend because she looked more like a man than he did, asked me if I was stupid. I shall not repeat what I shouted back at the pair, but lets just say it wasn’t nice.

I feel that something drastic needs to be done, to deal with this major safety issue for pedestrians and other vehicles on the road, of drivers running through red lights or shooting through when the green man is flashing. I don’t know how many injuries or deaths are caused by this every year in London. But one thing I do know for sure, is that it only down to the alertness of pedestrians that is preventing more accidents from happening.

I think Mayor Boris needs to do something proactive and visionary to deal with this epidemic in London before it gets even worse that it is. Come on Boris, come out with me for a few hours and have a look at the seriousness of the problem with your own eyes.

I personally feel that this issue is a far more important than dishing out parking tickets and speeding tickets. Hey Boris I think it could even be a massive revenue earner for London and the money could then be pumped into making things easier for pedestrians and yes even those crazy London cyclists.

Currently the minimum penalty for failing to stop at a red light is £60 and 3 penalty points. So Mayor Boris, why don’t you get on with installing tons of those dreaded yellow pearl safety cameras all over London and for once do something that will actually benefit everyone in London.

For all you drivers out there and this also goes out to cyclists as well, because some of you haven’t got a clue either! When the traffic lights are flashing amber, this means stop unless you have already crossed the stop line, or are so close to it, that it to stop might cause an accident. Also when the green man is flashing, it actually means it is time for pedestrians to cross. It is all rather simple, but for some people it is almost rocket science.
