Getting Away With Murder In London

I came across an article in the news last night that made me feel sick to my stomach, in fact it truly makes me wonder about humanity and what’s happening in this country I live in called Great Britain, there is nothing great about it. The headline of the article simply said, “Thugs who mistook father for a paedophile battered him so badly he needed lobotomy”.

An innocent hard working father of two young children was cycling home from work, when he was attacked by three young thugs, 20 year old Brett Carslake, along with a pair of 17 years old s Jamie Bailey and Frank Miller who had got it into their drug and boozed up heads that Filipe Nunes was a paedophile. The police confirmed that he wasn’t and that he never had single stain to his name.

The three mindless lowlifes ambushed Filipe then proceeded to beat the liven daylights out of him with a plank of wood, their fists and feet, until his body was lifeless and they then walked away happy with their afternoons work. I have seen a recent picture of him and he has an unbelievable dent on this head.

He was lucky to survive, but I’m not sure if lucky is the right word to use. In fact it was a miracle that he survived the attack. Filipe He had to have emergency surgery to remove part of his brain, which has left unable to look after himself , as well as being barely able to recognise his children. The bottom line is his life has been ruined, some may say he would be better of dead. He maybe wasn’t killed in the attack, but in my mind they have murdered his life.

The three scumbags were up in court yesterday to get sentenced for their attack of an innocent man. I don’t know about you, but what kind of sentence do you think would be fair for destroying someone’s life? In my mind I would have made them serve at least 15 years before they were even considered for parole. I know you fucking do gooders and civil rights lunatics would have given them a slap on the wrist and let them off with some probation.

The Recorder Simon Oliver decided in his  infinite wisdom to hand out absolute jokes of sentences. This fucking twat needs to sacked because he sure as hell doesn’t live in the real world. I wonder if it was a member of his family or someone he knew that had their life ruined like this, whether he would be given out such ludicrous sentences. I THINK NOT!

The unbelievable sentences handed out by the out of touch Simon Oliver are as follows-

Brett Carslake, from Epsom in Surrey, was given an indeterminate sentence of at least five years after admitting grievous bodily harm with intent. He was also told he will remain on licence for life.

Jamie Bailey, from Ewell in Surrey, was given a five-year term after admitting the same offence but could be eligible for parole in two and a half years.

Frank Miller, 17, of Hogsmill Way, was given a two-year supervision order. WTF that isn’t even a slap on the wrist, he must have had good lawyer!

These 3 drug taking and boozed up scumbags who have never worked a day in their miserable life’s have virtually got away with murder. They will all be walking the streets in a few years time, while Filipe Nunes has been given a life sentence. This Labour Government who came into power promising to get tough on crime, what a bunch of jokers. They haven’t got a clue about real life, and such shit isn’t just happening in and around London. Pick dozens of cities all over the UK and you will get the same scenario.

And the cops and judges wonder why more and more decent hard working normal people are resorting to violence to protect themselves and their property. The police who are next to useless and take forever to turn up to deal with anything, the Judges who give out sentences that are a complete joke, useless and incompetent MP’s who are more interested in lining their own pockets than protecting the decent people of this country and all those do gooders and civil liberty lunatics have all conspired to create this ever increasing lawless and fucked up society we are living in.

How do we turn thing around, I haven’t personally got a clue, and even more scary is the fact that near do the inept and greedy politicians that govern this country. What about starting with proper sentences that fit the severity of the crime and making jails harsher places to be, rather than the holiday camps they are now. Britain is broken,  when and who is going to sort it out?
