Danza Contemporanea de Cuba At Sadlers Wells Theatre
The world famous and renowned “Danza Contemporanea de Cuba” contemporary and ballet dance troupe from Cuba are going to be performing at Sadlers Wells Theatre on the 19th and 20th of March. This year they are celebrating their 50th anniversary since their formation in Havana with their first ever major UK tour.
Danza Contemporanea de Cuba bring to the stage an amazing and electric mix of of contemporary dance, which is infused with a mix of Afro/Caribbean and Spanish styles, and of course the passion of Cuba is also throwing into the mix. It is going to get hot in Sadlers Wells Theatre on the 19th and 20th of March that’s for sure.
Havana Cultura, which is a a global art initiative from Havana Club, the Cuban rum maker who provide support and funding for Danza Contemporanea de Cuba and many other modern Cuban artists. The purpose of Havana Cultura is to chronicle the various kinds of creativity that is flowing out of Havana and give those artists a platform and the resources to showcase their unique talents to a worldwide audience.
