It sounds like all of the criminals have tested the cameras and are more informed than the average person as to their capabilities. It is a sad world when you cannot even park your bike somewhere without fear of losing it. They are going to need a lot more than updated cameras to get a grip on the crimes and violence that seems to be escalating everywhere these days. Stiffer laws maybe...police officers that are actually paid for their job so that they take it a bit more seriously would be a good thing. I think that we can all attest to the fact that people everywhere are becoming totally desensitized and could care a less about others. Damn….that is such a waste.
