Autumn Pictures From London Town

Autumn is in full swing here in London Town, the leaves on the trees are changing colour and falling to the ground. I felt so alive and relaxed as I walked through Queens Park this morning, enjoying the kaleidoscope of colours that were surrounding me and to make it a near perfect morning the sky was a beautiful shade of blue.

Thankfully I had my camera on hand to take some Autumn pictures from London, that I can share with my fans, stalkers, crazies and readers of London Is Cool. It isn’t often that we get a blue cloudless sky in the Big Smoke. More often than not we have a horrible greyish coloured sky, which doesn’t make for good photos.

I personally think that Autumn is the most beautiful time of the year. The leaves on the trees are changing colour from green to yellow, crimson and orange. The ground becomes covered in the soft leaves that rustle as you walk on them, which induces a pleasant feeling in my soul. It takes me back to my childhood when I would take great delight in kicking piles of leaves into the air…

Pictures of Autumn From London

I don’t know why we call it Autumn in the UK and our American friends call it fall, but I have heard it said the real reason is because they can’t spell Autumn. It sounds like a plausible enough reason to me!
